| Historicial Development: | The R. A. Thompson sawmill service is listed at Moscow in the 1957 edition of Nelson T. Samson's Directory of Wood-Using and Related Industries in East Texas. The Directory of Texas Manufacturers 1956-1958 reported that R. A. Thompson had been established in 1945 and that with a workforce of less than twenty-five it produced rough and green pine and hardwood lumber. The same directory lists R. A. Thompson as manager of the Cade Lumber Company at Moscow. |
